Meet Our Staff
Miss Danielle R.
Teacher - PreschoolDanielle began her Caterpillar Clubhouse career in May of 2015. She is a graduate of Gordon College (2011), and had been a nanny prior to her employment here. Danielle’s favorite activity to do with the kids is reading as a group, and doing circle time. Her favorite song is Old McDonald Had A Farm. Danielle had a hard time choosing a favorite book. She loves collecting good children’s books, and she loves all Bill Peet books, and Ms. Rumphius. Danielle’s favorite hobby is singing! She competed in North Shore Star, auditioned for The Voice, and loves to sing with the kids!
Floating AssistantHaley is currently a senior at Beverly High School. She has been working with children for over 7 years, including babysitting, being a camp counselor, and an assistant dance teacher. She began her time with Caterpillar Clubhouse in August of 2015. Haley’s favorite activity with the children is singing songs, including her favorite, Bear Hunt! Her favorite book is Pinkalicious. Haley is gearing up for college in the fall to study early childhood development and special education.

Miss Jen L.
Teacher - Pre-K
Jenn began her Caterpillar Clubhouse career in April of 2012. Prior to that, she attended Endicott College for Human Services, and also has worked in other childcare settings continuously for over 9 years. Jenn’s favorite activities to do with the children involve anthing outdoors, and also having to do with glitter! Her favorite book is Green Eggs & Ham, and her favorite song is Wheels On The Bus. On a personal level, Jenn “loves her feet in the sand, and an iced coffee in her hand!”
Teacher - Yearlings
Kelly began working at Caterpillar Clubhouse in October of 2014. She attended North Shore Community College. Kelly has been working with kids her whole life, working as a babysitter since the age of 12. Her favorite activities with the kids are story time, and outdoor play! Her favorite song is Twinkle Twinkle Little Star, and her favorite book is The Very Hungry Caterpillar. Kelly has always known that her passion was working with young children!
AdministratorKerri joined the Caterpillar Clubhouse team in September of 2013. She has worked in childcare for over 11 years working with every age group, infancy through Pre Kindergarten. Kerri completed 4 years at Curry college, majoring in Criminal justice, and continued her education at North Shore Community College. Her passion to care for children shines through every day, and as a mother herself she understands the importance for children to grow and learn. One of Miss Kerri’s favorite songs is the classic “Itsy Bitsy Spider”. Her favorite book is “Goodnight Boston”
Miss Kristin P.
Teacher - ToddlersKristin began working at Caterpillar Clubhouse in May of 2013. Her favorite things to do with all of the young children in her class are sing songs and read books! Goodnight Moon is her favorite kids book, while her favorite kids song is I Had A Little Turtle. An interesting fact about Kristin is that she was a hairdresser for two years! Her favorite activity at home is enjoying the outdoors on long walks!
Miss Kristen M.
Teacher - PreschoolKristen began her employment with Caterpillar Clubhouse in May of 2014. She attended North Shore Community College, attaining an associates in Early Childhood Education. Kristen began working with children in 2002. Her favorite activities to do with her students include reading and art. She loves getting messy! Kristen’s go-to song is Five Little Monkeys, and her favorite books are The Very Hungry Caterpillar, and Goodnight Moon. When not working, she can be found doing the same things at home, teaching and nurturing her own children’s growth, being a mom of two girls, who are her world!
Teacher - Toddlers
Lauren joined Caterpillar Clubhouse in September of 2014. She will be attending Southern New Hampshire University in 2015. Lauren’s favorite activity to do with the children is coloring. Her favorite song is A Tooty Ta, and her favorite book is Froggy Goes to School. A funny fact about Lauren is that she was an extra in the movie “Grown Ups”. There was a restaurant scene she was in, but unfortunately you can’t see her in the final cut!
Teacher – Pre-KLiz is very excited to be able to teach the Pre-K class at Caterpillar Clubhouse. She spends countless hours preparing activities and lessons, focusing on preparing her students for Kindergarten. Liz enjoys her classroom most when all stations are open, and the children can move between them, exploring and experiencing what she’s come up with to tie it all into her monthly theme. Reading books as a group is one of Liz’s favorite activities. Outdoor play is also a favorite in her class, watching her kids exercise and breath the fresh air while interacting with each other with games and activities.
Teacher - Infants
Miss Megan Z.
Teacher - Pre KMegan joined Caterpillar Clubhouse in March of 2013. She began working in childcare in 2007, and built her experience, in that time, with the same center prior to her job here. During that time, she completed child growth and development coursework and achieved a variety of teacher certifications. She holds a degree from North Shore Community College, and is currently furthering her education at Salem State University, studying Early Childhood Education, and Psychology. Megan’s favorite activity with the children is art, and her favorite children’s book is Good Night Lake, and her favorite song is 5 Green Speckled Frogs. In her free time, Megan enjoys cooking, reading, and spending time in Maine with her husband and dog, Amstel!
Miss Jenn S
Program DirectorJenn has been in childcare for almost 20 years, the last 3 ½ years as a director. She brings with her an extensive knowledge of EEC regulations, policies, and procedures. Jenn believes that creating an environment in which all families and staff feel welcome is one of the most important aspects of her job. She loves working with children and often visits the classrooms throughout the day. Jenn’s all time favorite children’s book is “The Giving Tree” and one of her favorite songs is “Mr. Golden Sun”. Although she’s the first to admit she’s no “Picasso”, Jenn enjoys painting in her free time.
Teacher - Exploration Preschool
Tiffany began working at Caterpillar Clubhouse in August of 2012. She gradutated from North Shore Community College, and has been working with children since 2004. Her favorite activity with the children is spending time outdoors with water activities, or in the snow! Her favorite kids song is Slippery Fish. Tiffany’s favorite books are any of the Skippyjon Jones books. A few fun facts about Tiffany: She enjoys spending time with her family at home, she appreciates all types of people, and she’s a bit weary of swimming in oceans.
Floating AssistantMiss Amy began working at Caterpillar Clubhouse in early 2016. She has her Early Childhood Certificates from North Shore Community College. She has been working with children for 16 years as a nanny, a teacher’s assistant at a daycare in Marblehead, and as an after-school program leader in Beverly. Her favorite children’s song is Baby Beluga by Raffi. Her favorite children’s book is Green Eggs and Ham by Dr. Seuss. In her free time she likes to walk the beach with her dog!
